State police from the Troop K Barracks in Skippack are investigating the thefts of three different vehicles. Two were reported by online auto sales giant Copart; a third, by Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers.

UPPER HANOVER PA – Management at Copart, the global online auto auction company with local offices at 2704 Geryville Pike, has told Pennsylvania State Police at the Troop K Barracks in Skippack that it’s been a victim of two motor vehicle thefts, troopers reported Tuesday (April 5, 2022).
Both apparently occurred during the same period, sometime between March 8 (Tuesday) at 7 a.m. and March 16 (Wednesday) at 5 p.m. Missing, according to law enforcers, are a 2017-model gray-colored Honda Civic, and a 2015-model Porsche Cayenne. Troopers did not specify where the cars had been located, how they might have been moved, or if any suspects have been identified.
Troopers did say, however, that their investigation is continuing.
Motorcycle gone from Upper Salford
UPPER SALFORD PA – A cash reward is being promoted by the Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers organization as an incentive for someone to offer information to troopers on the theft of an off-road motorcycle, it announced Monday (April 4) on its CrimeWatch website.
A 2009-model Kawasaki, painted in lime green and white (above) and labeled with the vehicle identification number JKAKXGEC79A004001 was reported as stolen sometime between Feb. 21-25 from a residence on Schwenksville Road.
Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers accepts tips toll-free by phone at 1-800-472-8477, or anonymously online here, the organization said. The amount of its potential reward was not specified. Rewards must lead to an arrest in, help find a fugitive in, or assist in solving the alleged theft. Information on the incident, although accurate when released, may later be changed or updated, it noted.
