Possible reward offered for information in animal cruelty case, authorities say

The Pennsylvania State Police Troop G – McConnellsburg Barracks responded to a report of a cow shot and killed in a pasture along Heavenly Acres Road, Thompson Township, Fulton County on April 11.  

Upon arrival, Troopers were led, by the owner, to a recently deceased cow lying in a pasture with an apparent gunshot wound to the head. 

 The owner reported that he discovered the deceased cow on April 11 at approximately 5:00 PM and the cow was not there on April 10 around 6:00 PM.
