A man is wanted for stealing a firearm and using it to fire shots in the air, according to Laredo police.
Humberto Campos, 18, has two warrants out for his arrest for theft of firearm and discharge of a firearm in certain municipalities.
The case dates back to April 24, when officers were dispatched to the 4400 block of Exodus Drive for a shots fired call. First officers on the scene were able to find spent shell casing in the area.
Through the course of the investigation, Campos was identified as the suspect. Campos used a stolen weapon in the shots fired case, police said.
