The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and the Hannibal Police Department announced a reward on Thursday for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the June 26 theft of firearms from a federally licensed firearms dealer in Hannibal.
