$2,000 reward offered after officers shot at during protests in Miller Park last month

LYNCHBURG, Va. (WSET) — A $2,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of suspects accused of shooting at Lynchburg Police officers in June during a protest. Chief Ryan Zuidema said the protests at Miller Park on June 1 started peacefully, but people began to behave differently once it got dark. At one point, Zuidema said a large group of people started gathering in the street and kept vehicles from being able to drive down the road.
