SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY (WRGB) – Private citizens of Saratoga Springs, upset over the destruction of a beloved historic statue in Congress Park, are offering a reward for information leading to an arrest. In a Facebook post by the city’s Public Safety Commissioner, Robin Dalton, two groups are offering up money to find the perpetrator(s). One reward is for $2,000, the other is connected to a Go Fund Me page with a monetary goal of $10,000 (link at bottom of this article).
