The family of a missing Westerville woman and Central Ohio Crime Stoppers are offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to her location. Emily Noble, 52, was last seen on May 24 by her husband, Matheau Moore, 54. The couple had celebrated Noble’s birthday at an uptown Westerville restaurant earlier in the evening.
