Authorities search for San Antonio-area man missing last believed to be in, around Corpus Christi

ATASCOSA COUNTY, Texas — Jesse Albert Garcia Jr. was last heard from on June 26. 

The sheriff’s office said Garcia was last known to be in the Corpus Christi/Robstown area, in a news release sent out Monday. 

Investigators said they have followed up on multiple leads, but with no luck. 

The department is now offering a cash reward to anyone who can provide information that leads to Garcia’s whereabouts, or leads to a grand iury indictment of the person or persons responsible for his disappearance.

Garcia was 39 years old when he disappeared. He was reported missing to the Atascosa County Sheriff’s Office on July 12. 

He is 5-7 and 185 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes, and drives a silver 2006 Nissan Frontier displaying the following license plate: JYL-9558. 

Crime Stoppers will offer the cash reward for one week only for information that leads to Garcia’s location. When you call Crime Stoppers you will not be asked to reveal your name, but you must call Crime Stoppers at 769-2255 to be eligible for this reward.
