Madison police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a person in connection with a cruelty to animals investigation.
The person was captured on video — see accompanying pictures — at around 2:30 p.m. on Nov. 10 near the 700 block of Rethke Avenue on the East Side, police spokesperson Stephanie Fryer said in a statement.
No details were provided on the case and investigation.
Anyone who recognized the person is asked to contact Madison Area Crime Stoppers at 608-266-6014 or P3Tips.com. Information can be shared anonymously. Tipsters who provide information that leads to an arrest may qualify for a monetary reward.
