Madison police seek help in identifying person in cruelty to animals investigation

Madison police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a person in connection with a cruelty to animals investigation.

The person was captured on video — see accompanying pictures — at around 2:30 p.m. on Nov. 10 near the 700 block of Rethke Avenue on the East Side, police spokesperson Stephanie Fryer said in a statement.

No details were provided on the case and investigation.
