Police identify Harford Mall shooter, reward offered for capture

The Bel-Air Police Department has identified the suspect wanted in connection to a shooting inside Harford Mall over the weekend.

According to the Department, Wesley Larry Lyons Jr., 35, opened fire inside the Harford Bounce Party Place at approximately 4 pm Sunday, June 2.

Investigators say Lyons shot a 42-year-old man three times during the altercation before then fleeing the scene.

FOX45 News was there as investigators later located and towed a vehicle believed to be connected to the suspect in Edgewood, about eight miles from the mall.

Lyons has yet to be located and according to police should be considered armed and dangerous.

A $2,000 reward is being offered for information leading to his capture.

According to police, two women have been arrested in connection to the case.

Bel-Air Police say Lisa Gregg of Edgewood Maryland and Lateia Green of Middle River Maryland have been charged with Accessory to Attempted 1st Degree Murder and are being held without bond at the Harford County Detention Center.

According to police, Lyons has possible addresses in Harford Square Drive in Edgewood, where the vehicle was located, as well as Rosedale, and Middle River in Baltimore County.

Investigators say Lyons also has ties to Delaware.

Police have not yet said the nature of the altercation but said the shooting was an isolated incident and the suspect and victim are known to one another.

The 42-year-old male victim was flown to a trauma center in Baltimore where he remained as of Monday, investigators said.
