Reward offered for evidence of Washington cat abuse

A Maryland-based nonprofit has offered a reward of up to $10,000 for evidence leading to the arrest and conviction of a Washington man who shared videos to social media threatening to torture cats.

Alley Cat Allies shared a statement Sept. 26 urging the public to contact the Washington Police Department with any evidence about the acts of animal cruelty described in “disturbing” Facebook videos apparently taken in Washington.
