Brandon Duval was last seen in June 2015. He went missing after a dispute in which shots were fired. Detectives believe Duval is dead and a victim of murder. His body hasn’t been located.
Shasta County Secret Witness is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
Duval was last seen in Millville where he was staying on Mallard Way.
Investigators said he was planning to confront a man about suspicious activity in the area, and witnesses heard gunshots. Officers questioned a person of interest, but there was not enough information to charge him.
Duval is presumed dead.
