Williams was last seen on October 3 near Congaree National Park, and since then, family members and search crews have been actively seeking information about his whereabouts.

Williams’s family is committed to raising awareness about his disappearance and is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for any information that leads to his safe return. “We are continuing to share where we are in the journey and expanding the search,” they stated. “If you see something, say something. We need to find Zelig and bring him home.”

In addition to search efforts, the family has organized several initiatives, including search parties in the Congaree National Park area, where Williams’s SUV was found on October 4. Community support has also included a candlelight vigil and a dance event dubbed “Dance for Z” with Williams’s former dance troupe at the Southern Strut Dance Company, aimed at raising awareness about his case.

Kimberly Kite from the Broken Link Foundation has been following Zelig’s case and spoke with WACHFOX News about the importance of community involvement. “The family has been very vocal and active in their search efforts, including hosting public events,” she said. “Supporting the family and participating in these events is vital.”

A GoFundMe campaign has also been launched, raising nearly $17,000 to assist with search efforts. Kite encourages the community to remain vigilant: “If anyone has information, it’s crucial to communicate with law enforcement. Seeing something and saying something can be incredibly beneficial.”

The Williams family is welcoming volunteers to join in the search, which will commence at 8 AM this Saturday. Community members interested in assisting are encouraged to participate in these ongoing efforts to help bring Zelig Williams home.
