Reward offered after man shot to death inside vehicle in Flint

Flint police officers and paramedics with the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office responded around 4:30 p.m. Dec. 19, 2020 to the 900 block of Middleton Street, between Court Street and Mann Hall Avenue, for a possible deceased person.
