Austin police are searching for two suspects and one person of interest in a Northeast Austin shooting earlier this month that left four people injured, Austin police said.

Officers on March 12 responded to Barbershop at Midtown, 7408 Cameron Road, around 8 p.m. after receiving a report about multiple shooters.

Police said that two people approached the northeast side of the building and shot at patrons standing on a porch.

Three men were shot and then the two suspects went behind the building where they fired at customers who were trying to leave out of a back door. A fourth man was shot, police said.

All four men were taken to a hospital. One remains in the hospital in critical condition, police said.

A motive in the shooting has not been determined, police said.

One of the suspects is described as a male with a thin build and sharp facial features. He was last seen wearing a black hood and pants and was carrying a rifle. Police said the rifle may be Draco-style. He is estimated to be between 6 feet tall and 6-foot-2, police said.

The other suspect is described as a man in his early 20s with a flat nose and wide lips. He is between 5-foot-7 and 5-foot-9, police said. He was last seen wearing a black hood and pants and was carrying a handgun or pistol.

Police said two vehicles were seen leaving the scene after the shooting. One is described as a dark-colored, four-door sedan that is possibly a newer Hyundai model. The other vehicle is a light-colored, four-door sedan that police think may be a Honda Accord from between 2010 and 2015.

Police said people should call 911 if they see either suspect or vehicle.

Investigators also are looking for a person of interest in the case. He is described as a man in his mid- to late 20s with a thick build, short hair, a beard and a mustache. He was last seen wearing a tank top, sweatpants and tennis shoes.

Police said he drove the light-colored sedan.

Anyone with more information about the shooting can call Crime Stoppers at 512-472-8477 or use the Crime Stoppers app. Information leading to an arrest may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.

Tipsters can remain anonymous. Information can also be submitted to the Austin PD app.
