Police are still chasing a fugitive wanted in connection with a murder in Bishopbriggs in the summer of 2007.
Images of Derek Ferguson were issued today as Crimestoppers mark the 14th anniversary of 49-year-old Thomas Cameron’s death, outside the Auchinairn Tavern.
The barman was gunned down in the pub’s car park on June 28, 2007.
The charity is offering a £5,000 reward to anyone who contacts them anonymously with information on Ferguson’s whereabouts that helps lead to his arrest.
Police Scotland believes the wanted man may be in Spain, based among criminal associates – and it is likely that he no longer goes by his original name. He may also have lost his Scottish accent.

Ferguson, originally from Glasgow’s Possil, features on the National Crime Agency’s most wanted list and he is part of the multi-agency fugitives hunt named Operation Capture.
The images released today show what he may look like now.
