Hopkins County CrimeStoppers is offering a $500 reward for information that leads to the arrest of a Dawson Springs man.
In mid-July, the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office asked the public for help locating 39-year old Joseph L. Franklin of 585 Redden Dock Road in Dawson Springs. He is charged with five counts of wanton endangerment, three counts of terroristic threatening, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and using restricted ammo during a felony (shot fired).
Franklin is described as a white male, 6’0, and 160 pounds.
Authorities say Franklin is still to be considered armed and dangerous.
