A Minneapolis man who’s on the run has been federally indicted with sex trafficking a minor.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office says, from Aug. 12-14 of last year, 40-year-old Charles William Dexter III knowingly recruited, enticed, harbored, transported, provided and advertised a minor engaging in commercial sex acts.
