A reward of up to $2,500 is being offered for information on the shooting of two bald eagles at Kincaid Lake.
The two birds were recovered on Oct. 7 and “displayed gunshot wounds from a small-caliber firearm,” reads a release from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
That agency is working with the U.S. Forest Service and Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries on the case.
