Midland police issued an arrest warrant in June for Guadalupe ‘Lupe’ Galindo III, 23, in connection to the fatal shooting of Juan M. Anguiano. The victim was shot and killed outside of El Mitote Sports Lounge in Midland on January 30.

Midland Crime Stoppers has increased the reward money they are offering for information that leads to the arrest of Guadalupe ‘Lupe’ Galindo III.
The cash reward was raised to $10,000 from private donations.
