A $2,000 reward is being offered as police try to track down the person who shot and killed a man in a Dauphin County parking lot.Keshawn Carter, 20, of Lower Paxton Township, was shot around 9 p.m. on Oct. 7 in the parking lot of the East Park Gardens Apartments.Swatara Township Police say they are getting a lot of tips. They describe the investigation as very active and ongoing. Police released a statement that said in part:”We are still interested in any and all information that you might have in relation to this investigation. Please call the Swatara Township Police at 717-564-2550 to speak with a Detective. You may also submit anonymous tips at SwataraPolice.org. Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to an arrest in this investigation.”
