Niagara police are hoping a $50,000 reward will lead to information that will help them solve a double murder in Fort Erie.
Officers were called to a home on the Niagara Parkway for reports of a disturbance with possible shots fired in the early morning hours of Jan. 19.
When they arrived they found the bodies of two women, who were later identified as Juliana Pannunzio, 20, of Windsor and Christine Crooks, 18, of Toronto.

Investigators say the two victims were part of a group of people from outside the region who rented a place for a planned gathering. The other people fled the home before officers arrived.
Police are now offering up to $50,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the murders.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police’s tip line at (289) 248-1058.
