Reward offered after cat found bound, shot with pellet gun

Cambridge police and the MSCPA are asking for the public’s help locating the person behind a case of animal cruelty in East Cambridge. The MSPCA says a young male cat was found dead near the intersection of Hurley and Sciarappa Street around 8 a.m. Thursday. Authorities said the cat had been bound and shot.
