Toledo Fire & Rescue responded to a house fire just after noon Thursday in the 900 block of Gordon Street in south Toledo.
Two adults and three children were standing on the roof when crews arrived. They were all taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
A dog and cat were also rescued and were transported to an animal hospital for treatment.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
