LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – The Humane Society of the United States is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of those responsible for intentionally setting a litter of puppies on fire.
ABC 36 News brought you this tragic story in late May, when a resident discovered a litter of 13 puppies on Todds Road with severe burns.
