The 44-year-old woman, Li-Ann Grobler, had been tirelessly searching for her two dogs after her vehicle with her two dogs was stolen earlier this week.

The search continues for Bella and Nuggie.

Li-Ann Grobler’s Toyota Fortuner was stolen on Monday, along with her personal belongings, such as cell phones and her dogs, Bella and Nuggie, while she waited for her sons outside a math tutoring facility.

In a post on Facebook on Saturday morning, the animal rescue service ZAMBI shared that Nuggie had been found in Nelmapius. It furthermore said there was also a positive sighting of Bella. Bella is a silver-and-beige female Schnauzer.

“Bella is currently in a safe area with food and water and eyes on her all the time. Unfortunately, Bella is so traumatized that she is not responding to her owner’s call.

“The owner, together with Christell and the help of a local vet, will spend today bringing her to safety. We pray for you all the way!”

Anyone with more information can contact Li-Ann at 066 203 9787, Brits at 079 526 5708, or their nearest police station.

Brits advised motorists to instal two tracking devices in their vehicles to increase their chances of recovery when stolen.
