(WBFF) — Baltimore County police are investigating an early morning shooting in the Windsor Mill area that injured a man. Officers responded to the unit block of Bishop Gate Court, 21244, for a shooting victim at 1:14 a. m. Police and medics located the victim, an adult man, in the parking lot suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper body. Police say he was transported to an area hospital for treatment and is expected to survive.
