ATASCOSA COUNTY, Texas – Investigators need your help and are offering a $5,000 cash reward to find a man whose been missing since 2016. According to the Atascosa County Sheriff’s Office and Crime Stoppers, Ramiro Garcia, 39, was reported missing in September 2016. And despite several leads, his case remains unsolved.
