Convicted pimp pleads not guilty to prostitution charges in Olmsted County

ROCHESTER, Minn. – A man already serving time for being involved in prostitution is now set to stand trial for the same thing in Olmsted County.

Larry Eddie Konah, 27, has pleaded not guilty to engaging in the sex trafficking of an individual, receiving profits from prostitution, promoting prostitution in an individual, and inducing an individual to practice prostitution.

The Rochester Police Department says between December 25, 2022, and January 7, 2023, Konah manipulated a woman into having sexual encounters with multiple men for money.  Court documents state Konah initially told the woman she could model for his brand but then persuaded her to have sex with other men and Konah would get the money.

A trial is scheduled to start on April 15, 2024.  Konah is currently serving a three year and five month prison sentence after being convicted in Ramsey County of receiving profits from prostitution.
