Fentanyl dealer linked to 3 overdoses in Portland gets life sentence

A Pennsylvania man dubbed “NarcoBoss” who sold fentanyl powder that led to the overdose deaths of two men in Portland and one near-fatal overdose of a Portland State University freshman was sentenced Monday to life in federal prison.

“He peddles deaths,” U.S. District Judge Michael W. Mosman said. “Sometimes the callousness and the cruelty with which a defendant commits crime that kills others merits the highest sentence.”
