MADISON (WKOW) — The Madison Police Department is asking for help identifying a person connected to an animal cruelty investigation.
Spokesperson Stephanie Fryer said the person was captured on video Nov. 10 on Rethke Avenue near Commercial Avenue around 2:30 p.m.
