A Vermont man will face a judge after he was seen allegedly punching a dog while walking along Route 107 in Bethel.Police later caught up with the man walking with a German Shepard and identified him as 26-year-old Colby Johnson, of Tunbridge. Investigators determined that Johnson had an active arrest warrant for writing bad checks.
