Police: Lancaster County woman charged with cruelty and neglect of animals

A Lancaster County woman is charged with cruelty to animals and neglect of animals. According to charging documents, 39-year-old Amanda Kinnard of Columbia did not care for a dog and five puppies last September at a home on Eighth Street. Kinnard was charged this month. The documents say the dogs had various illnesses, including diarrhea, parvovirus and a yeast infection.

COLUMBIA, Pa. —

A Lancaster County woman is charged with cruelty to animals and neglect of animals.

According to charging documents, 39-year-old Amanda Kinnard of Columbia did not care for a dog and five puppies last September at a home on Eighth Street.

Kinnard was charged this month.

The documents say the dogs had various illnesses, including diarrhea, parvovirus and a yeast infection.
