(WJAR) — The Rhode Island Parole Board on Wednesday denied parole to a convicted killer.
Robert Jewett pleaded guilty to the sexual assault and murder of 17-year-old Kimberly Rock in October 1990.
He was initially held at the Training School and then went to the Adult Correctional Institutions.
The Parole Board previously denied Jewett parole twice before.
He can petition again in 2026.
