JSO searching for man, woman behind car theft near St. Johns Town Center

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Do you recognize these people? The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said Tuesday they’re believed to have stolen a car near the Town Center last week and used credit cards found inside at several stores.

On Monday, Jan. 17, a woman called police to report that her 2020 Dodge Charger had been stolen in the 7000 block of Gate Parkway. JSO said the victim told police that her purse was inside the car which contained several credit cards. Investigators later found the cards had been used at several local stores.
