He was taken right from the window box along with his cage card sometime between 4 p.m. Saturday Jan. 15 and 1 p.m. Sunday Jan. 16.

Kaydee’s Promise Feline Rescue is offering a $500 reward for his safe return with no questions asked.

He is micro chipped to Kaydee’s Promise as well.

The police have been notified, and reports have been filed.

Kaydee’s Promise asks that little Jalapeno be returned, or if you have information on his whereabouts to please call Kaydee’s Promise founder, Melanie Conners at 502-338-3861.

He can also just be brought to the store manager at the PetSmart he was taken from or the Banfield Pet Hospital inside the store.

“We are very concerned about the well-being of this kitten. We are begging the public for assistance in getting him back to us safely,” said Kaydee’s rescue volunteers in a statement.
