ALBANY, N.Y. (WRGB) — Two pet dogs were stolen from a porch in the area of Delaware Ave. and Myrtle Ave. on Sunday, Aug. 4, 2024.
A source told CBS 6 that a neighbor witnessed a van pulled up in front of the house. A passenger, described as wearing glasses, exited the vehicle and took the dogs from the porch. The ownershave since filed a police report.
According to the Albany Police Department, the incident reportedly occurred on Sunday between 9-11 a.m.
The dogs are chipped and tagged, according to the source, and the owners are offering a $2,000 reward for any information leading to the safe return of their pets.
