Harmony Montgomery last seen two years ago; police told of disappearance last week

A reward for information in the disappearance of a 7-year-old girl has been increased as police ask for anyone who knows anything to come forward.Manchester police are trying to find Harmony Montgomery, who was last seen two years ago. Police said they were just notified of her disappearance last week.Manchester Crimeline is offering $2,500 for information. The reward was supplemented by $10,000 from local business owners, who announced Tuesday they are doubling that amount.”Having grandchildren the same age as this little girl, it struck a note in us to come forward,” said business owner Dick Anagnost.Their reward is now $20,000 for information leading to Harmony’s whereabouts. The 7-year-old girl was last seen in Manchester in 2019. Anyone with information is asked to call 603-203-6060.”The investigators must be going a little crazy over the fact that the trail is cold at this point after two years,” Anagnost said.”Obviously, the longer it goes, the outcome is not always as favorable, but you know what? We’re going to hope and pray, and hopefully this reward might make a difference in her safe return,” said business owner Arthur Sullivan.Sullivan said that when he contacted his partner, Shane Brady, about offering the reward and then doubling it, there was no hesitation.”If a little bit of extra money makes a difference, which we all know can make a difference in these cases, we’re happy to do it,” Sullivan said.In addition, two anonymous business owners from Massachusetts have offered $10,500 in reward money, bringing the total reward to $33,000.On Sunday, investigators searched the Manchester home on Gilford Street where Harmony used to live. While police have not said if they found anything, at a press conference Monday, Police Chief Allen Aldenberg pleaded for someone to come forward.”Help us find this little girl,” he said. “Someone knows something.
