Family of missing man increases reward

BANGOR — The family of a missing man has once again increased a reward with hopes it will help generate some new information.

39-year-old Graham Lacher vanished in June of 2022 when he fled the grounds of the Dorothea Dix Psychiatric Hospital in Bangor.

Lacher is autistic and schizophrenic and has been the subject of an ongoing search since that time.

Despite not having a confirmed sighting in 18 months, his family hopes he survived and is out there somewhere.

They hope by increasing the reward from five to ten thousand dollars, new information will be generated.

Anyone with information can contact the family through the “Missing Graham Lacher” Facebook page or by contacting Bangor police.
