LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A local rescue dog missing from Jeffersontown was found Saturday night.
Gabe is a local FEMA disaster dog. His owner Jackie McCarty said someone opened the gate in her fenced in yard Wednesday and Gabe got out.
Gabe is a certified search and rescue dog and a member of Indiana’s Task Force One. He was last seen in Jeffersontown.
The male Belgian Malinois is 7 years old, tan with a black face. He was found around Taylorsville Road.
