Authorities on Hawai‘i Island are looking for 14-year-old Justine Kawaa, who was reported missing after last being seen in Hilo on September 16. She’s described as 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 145 pounds with a slim build, mid-back length brown hair with blonde streaks, and brown eyes. Her clothing at the time of her disappearance is unknown. Police are working hard to find her.
