PORT ARTHUR — Port Arthur Police Department is asking the public to help locate a missing teen.
Ecxandy Espinosa, 15, was reported as a runaway June 2023 and has not returned home, according to the Port Arthur PD.
Her family has not been able to communicate with her, and she hasn’t attended school since she’s been missing.
Espinosa is 5’5″ tall, weighs about 100 pounds, and has a thin build with long black hair.
