EARLIER | A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 86-year-old Kansas City man.
Victor Sahagun is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds.
Kansas City, Missouri, police say he was last seen at about 6 a.m. Sunday near E. 27th Terrace and Topping Avenue, near Blue Valley Park.
Sahagun is presumed to be on foot, heading in an unknown direction.
He was last seen wearing a gray T-shirt, green jacket, black sweatpants and black shoes.
Sahagun suffers from dementia and is in need of immediate medical attention.
