Tulsa French bulldog found safe, reunited with family

TULSA, Okla. — UPDATE: 3/23/22: Blueberry has been found safe and has been reunited with his family.

Up to $11,500 worth of rewards is available to anyone who helps reunite a Tulsa woman with her missing French bulldog.

Bailey Christenbury says her dog, Blueberry, went missing on March 12.

“He is the love of my life, but I don’t have any children. He’s so important to me,” said Christenbury.

French bulldogs are an expensive breed. Breeders sell French bulldog puppies for thousands of dollars. Last year, Lady Gaga’s French bulldogs were stolen at gunpoint and were later recovered.

Because of their popularity and rarity, French bulldogs can be the target of theft.

However, members of the Tulsa community are working together to bring Blueberry home. There is a Facebook page with the latest information involving the search.

“It’s amazing having thousands of Tulsa community members coming to pray for me, showing acts of kindness, and people are really trying to help bring Blueberry home,” said Christenbury.
