Reward offered in local man’s shooting death

A Crime Stoppers reward of $1,500 is now being offered for information leading to the arrest of the person or persons involved in the murder of Joshua Severns, 20, of Hot Springs, whose body was found March 14 in Hollywood Park, Hot Springs police said in a release Friday.

The Hot Springs Police Department Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information leading to an arrest in the homicide of a Hot Springs man. On March 14, Hot Springs police responded to Hollywood Park at 411 Hollywood Avenue around 11:38 p. m. regarding a shots fired call. Officers found Joshua Severns, 20, dead behind some restrooms from a gunshot wound, according to a police report.
