Remains identified as missing Army paratrooper, reward offered for information

The Army Criminal Investigation Command has labeled the death of a paratrooper in North Carolina’s Outer Banks a homicide and is offering a reward of up to $15,000, according to the Army Times. The Army Times reported that Army CID spokesman Chris Grey says the partial remains of Spc. Enrique Roman-Martinez, who was stationed at Fort Bragg, were found near Cape Lookout National Seashore last month.
